Gary Ramphal
Principal & President
Gary Ramphal is the
Founder and Managing Partner of Global Resource
Partners, Inc. For the past 20 years, Gary has
successfully developed his expertise for identifying
first class executive level talent and has serviced
a wide range of companies. The scores of his
satisfied, long-standing customers include
start-ups, middle market, and both private and
publicly traded enterprises.
Gary’s keen insight of what motivates individuals
makes him an ideal coach. He combines his people
skills with his business acumen to draw out the
absolute best in people. His solutions-focused
approach to coaching encourages people to “start
with the end in mind” and speeds their journey to
the achievement of their desired results. Gary
guides clients to listen to their innate
intelligence and discover unique solutions to enable
breakthrough performances.
One of Gary’s greatest strengths is his ability to
encourage people. He is comfortable talking about
life experiences that empower people to uncover
their personal desires and talents. His unique
ability to combine his avid interest in business
with his innate passion for bringing the best out in
people fosters a rewarding experience for everyone.

Gary is an exemplary leader in the community
providing ongoing guidance and support to the local
Habitat for Humanity organization. He is held in
high regard throughout the business community for
his integrity and fairness. His steadiness and
balance as a leader complement the talents and
abilities of his energetic and creative team.
Gary has held several leadership positions in the
professional services industry. With an education
that spans the United States, England and Canada, he
is a trained Accountant with an MBA. Gary is married
and has two beautiful daughters.
Jorge J. Sarria
Executive Vice President
Jorge Sarria has
built a solid reputation delivering growth
strategies and exceptional talent to companies. He
has personally consulted with hundreds of companies
to significantly improve their levels of
performance. His experience spans from helping
management teams of multi-national companies address
complex, strategic issues to assisting entrepreneurs
in new ventures with basic tactical challenges.
Jorge has helped companies realize millions of
dollars in growth within record timeframes. His
broad-based experience and ability to scope business
situations, collaborate with clients, and deliver
results has allowed him to establish thriving
business relationships throughout the US and around
the globe.
Jorge manages the Business Development and Global
Expansion Program at Global Resource Partners. In
this capacity, he plays an integral role in the
development of sales & marketing strategies and
multi-disciplinary teams essential for the
successful implementation of these strategies that
produce immediate growth. His focus is on
senior-level executive search across all disciplines
with an emphasis in the areas of Sales & Marketing,
Technology, Operations, and General Management.
Prior to joining Global Resource Partners, some of
the organizations he worked with, both domestically
and abroad, include Answerthink, Bell South,
Northrup Grumman, McGraw-Hill, Resorts Condominiums
International (a division of Cendant), Ryder System,
Samsung, Turner Broadcasting System and Warner
Brothers (divisions of AOL-Time Warner), and ADP
Totalsource.
Jorge held several senior management positions with
the General Electric Company. Jorge also spent three
years in General Electric’s Corporate Audit Staff.
He graduated first in his class with a B.S. in
Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University
of Florida.
Jorge is married, has three children, and resides in
Pinecrest, Florida.
