…When I left GRP’s session, I asked myself, what just happened in there? I started questioning all my firmly held beliefs about the hiring process and communication in general. Thanks for provoking some
much-needed self-examination. Sign me up for Round 2.

…You know that expression, ‘So how’s that working for you?’ Well, after participating in the Hiring for
Keeps session, I realized what we’re doing isn’t working. My staff and I are re-evaluating our entire hiring
process.

…Even though the theories we explored during the session focused on “hiring and interviewing”
situations, I realized the insight into human interaction I gained would improve my communication skills
in every area of my life.
